Vancouver-based photographer Dina Goldstein—known for her ‘Fallen Princesses’ series—has now revealed the less-than-perfect life of everyone’s favorite plastic couple, Barbie and Ken.

Proyect: In The Doll House
‘In the doll house’ examines the less than perfect life of B and K. B is a super doll, the most successful doll in the world. Her partner K is grappling with his sexuality and finds himself in a loveless marriage. He struggles with his position in the household and faces his lack of authenticity.

Como finalistas para Dazed entre MINI y Karlssonwilker, fueron los jóvenes diseñadores - Steven Tai, Shaun Samson, Jaeyeon Lee, Ziyeon Kim, Paul Stafford, y Tomislav Mostecak - se les ha dado la oportunidad de expresar sus propias visiones creativas para este nuevo y emocionante proyecto. In celebration of their new Coupe, MINI, together with karlssonwilker and Dazed & Confused, asked six fresh fashion designers to share their vision of clothing for urban adventures in the cities of the future. As shortlisted by Dazed and between MINI / karlssonwilker, the new designers - Steven Tai, Shaun Samson, Jaeyeon Lee, Ziyeon Kim, Paul Stafford, and Tomislav Mostecak - will be given the chance to express their own creative visions for the exciting new project.
